Reservations and Rental Information
I. Rental Rates - Main House
1. January 5 - May 31 $7000.00 per week
2. June 1 - August 31 $8000.00 per week
3. September 1 - December 18 $7000.00 per week
4. December 19 - January 4 $9500.00 per week
a. All rates are subject to adding a Hawaii Sales Tax and Hotel Room Tax of 11.96%.
b. Deposit required - $1000.00
c. Main house - Weekly rate is for 10 persons
1. Extra person - $500.00 per week
2. Children below 5 - no charge
II. Rental rates - Separate Guest House
1. Year Around $1500.00 per week
a. All rates are subject to adding Hawaii Sales Tax and Hotel Room Tax 11.96%
b. Deposit required - $500.00
c. Guest House - Maximum 4 people
III. General
1. Reservations - 1 week minimum
2. Deposit - a. Refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before first day of reservation.
b. Non-refundable if canceled less that 59 days before first day of reservation.
3. Guests will pay a cleaning fee of $400.00 for the Main House of $250.00 for the Guest House, which cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
